Hi Ryan, I want to start by saying I appreciate our banter (okay my banter) in class and that you smile when I use you as an example. I think this midterm sort of reflects how I see you year so far. You are doing the work… even doing the extras we talk about (like screen shots) but somehow I feel like there is more I should be getting? I don't know you very well but I sense there is a lot of Ryan we don't read/see in class. I am hoping we can dig into your assignments to not just complete them but push your thinking/learning past where you feel safe. :)
